Client Engagement Specialist, Newswires, EMEA

Client Engagement Specialist for Newswires in the EMEA region responsible for managing renewals and retention of existing contracts, collaborating with Account Executives and internal teams to ensure customer success, driving renewal strategy, monitoring usage and training, supporting upsell opportunities, and maintaining customer records. Requires strong communication, project management, and ability to advise clients on Dow Jones Newswires delivery channels and tools (e.g., DJ Learn, Tableau reports), with emphasis on delivering customer ROI and meeting SLA expectations. Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Drive, Salesforce and Tableau knowledge desirable; additional European language skills and experience with Bloomberg/Factset are advantageous.
