Client Engagement Specialist

Job Summary
Client-facing role supporting access to care within NewPath’s continuum. Assess clients and families, coordinate evaluations and required assessments, provide ethical referrals, and advocate with internal and external resources to improve treatment outcomes. Responsibilities include assessing symptoms and needs, coordinating evaluations, providing transportation as needed, modeling professional interpersonal relationships, removing barriers to consistent care, meeting program utilization requirements, and actively participating in supervision. Requires flexible hours including some evenings and weekends, and a commitment to serving a diverse client population. Must be 21+, have a valid driver's license and auto insurance, and successfully pass a criminal background check. Location is Cincinnati, OH.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of a High School Diploma plus 3 years of experience in a related field, or a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- Excellent written and communication skills
- Ability to work flexible hours, including some evenings and weekends
- Initiative and ability to work independently
- Willingness and comfort level in providing community-based services to a diverse population of clients
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm and professional in crisis situations
- Must be at least 21 years of age; have a valid driver's license and current automobile insurance
- Must be able to pass a criminal background check
