Job Summary
Conduct regular boutique visits to support directors and associates, improving clienteling KPIs and reinforcing best practices as the subject matter expert. Build a clienteling mindset within boutiques by embedding routines into daily operations, driving adoption of outreach tools, and leading regional rollouts of new initiatives. Develop high net worth clients through personalized quarterly plans, managing client development budgets, and coordinating exclusive brand experiences and limited edition watch allocations. Provide proactive in-person coaching to improve clienteling performance, review monthly results to generate actionable insights, and support underperforming boutiques with targeted action plans. Partner with regional leadership on event strategies, boutique openings, and cross-functional initiatives to maximize ROI and drive sales growth.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a business-related field
- 10+ years of luxury goods retail or luxury hospitality management

- Experience managing budget and tracking project ROI

- Ability to lead through influence across all stakeholders
