Job Summary
Client Engagement Partner (Client Value Partner) leads value-engineering efforts for Celonis’ most strategic customers, acting as the trusted advisor to C-level executives and coordinating cross-functional teams to deliver measurable value with the Celonis platform. The role governs the end-to-end customer value journey, influences executive stakeholders, establishes program roadmaps and value plans, and drives adoption and activation across accounts. It also includes community-building activities such as organizing customer advisory boards and representing the voice of the customer to influence product and services. This position is based in Switzerland with a flexible hybrid work model balancing remote focus and office collaboration and requires no relocation or visa sponsorship.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 15 years of relevant customer success, strategy consulting, or related experience (or similar industries such as Production, Manufacturing) required
- Experience in driving large-scale transformation programs and process re-engineering engagements
- Experience with AI-based transformation is a strong plus
- Ability to navigate large global organizations and persuade through data and facts
- Experience designing, pitching and selling opportunities with SMEs and practice leads
- Consultative approach when engaging with senior executives
- Strong team player with entrepreneurial leadership style
- Project management skills across multiple streams
- Strong communication skills and ability to translate use cases into customer business context
- Self-motivated, proactive team player
- Thrives in fast-paced, collaborative, ambiguous environments
- Total compensation includes base salary + bonus/commission + equity + benefits
- Base salary range is guideline-based and location-sensitive
