Job Summary
Client Engagement Partner (CVP) leading value engagements for Celonis with top customers; accountable for end-to-end customer value journey, executive relationship management, staffing engagements across global teams, mentoring and coaching teams, driving adoption of the Celonis platform, organizing customer advisory boards, and representing the voice of the customer in product and service strategy. Requires native-level German proficiency, a hybrid work model with offices in Munich (Germany) and New York (USA), and a focus on transforming customer processes via AI-driven Process Intelligence.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 15 years of relevant customer success, strategy consulting, or related experience
- Strong experience in driving large scale transformation programs
- Experience with AI-based transformation is a strong plus
- Deep exposure to and experience with successful change management practices
- Ability to navigate large global organizations and persuade using data and facts
- Experience designing, pitching and selling opportunities with subject matter experts
- Consultative approach when engaging with senior executives
- Strong teamwork and entrepreneurial leadership style
- Project management: ability to organize and manage multiple streams
- Strong communication skills and ability to translate use cases into business landscape
- Self-motivated, proactive team player
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, collaborative, ambiguous environments
- Native-level or near-native German language skills (written and spoken)
