Client Engagement Operations Manager

Job Summary
Client Engagement Operations Manager responsible for coordinating and optimizing broker RFP processes and vendor management within the Client Engagement organization. Works with Client Services leadership and cross-functional partners to ensure bid development, content accuracy, and timely delivery of RFP/RFI responses, including development and review of vendor summaries for Life, Vision, Dental products. Maintains templates and tools, serves as primary contact for Client Engagement leadership, drives operational efficiencies, ensures compliance, and partners with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to align processes with business objectives. Requires licensing for SAM duties and ongoing involvement in vendor management, training design, and cross-team communication. This role emphasizes relationship-building with insurance carriers, internal teams, and strategic partners, and includes responsibilities around analysis of responses, negotiation and refinement of content, and articulation of best-practice recommendations.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in a related field
- 7-10 years of experience in the Employee Benefits industry with a focus on process improvement, client services operations and business operational excellence
- Experience in project management or operations
- Strong proficiency with MS Office Suite and Salesforce CRM
- Strong attention to detail and highly developed organizational skills
- Excellent facilitation and communication skills
- Self-directed with ability to execute on deliverables
- Licensing requirements for SAM role (and related duties)
