Job Summary
Senior Associate of Client Engagement Marketing Strategy on the Wealth Management Client Engagement marketing team to drive ongoing engagement with existing clients. You will curate thoughtful and strategic multi-channel touchpoints rooted in insights, collaborate across the organization, and bring an entrepreneurial mindset to expand loyalty and satisfaction. You will develop and implement ongoing lifecycle triggers, optimize digital engagement, synthesize analytic insights to optimize marketing tactics, and partner with product marketing, communications, and external agencies to execute campaigns. You will create strategic briefs and champion creative execution, deliver executive-level presentations to align stakeholders, and implement streamlined, automated processes to improve efficiency.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- 4+ years of professional marketing experience
- Strong communication and presentation skills - highly proficient in PowerPoint
- B2C marketing, preferably in Financial Services
- Experience in strategy: engagement, customer loyalty, retention or product marketing
- Delivering real-time personalized & dynamic content with proven business results
