Job Summary
Manage implementation projects from inception to completion, guiding clients through technical integration of Rho's banking, expense, and accounting solutions. Act as the primary point of contact during the implementation phase, providing training, addressing concerns, and gathering feedback to refine processes and drive product adoption. Collaborate with Sales, Account Management, Product, and Engineering teams to enhance implementation efficiency and suggest improvements. This role supports Rho's rapid growth by ensuring smooth onboarding for startups using our modern platform. Full-time position with a base salary of $115,000 - $125,000.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 2+ years in a customer-facing implementation or onboarding role
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders effectively
