Job Summary
Client Engagement Manager to own and develop a multi-state K-12 education territory, building relationships with school districts and HR teams to drive teacher placements and expand partnerships that support hiring needs. This field-facing role works with district leaders, HR teams, and administrators to understand needs and position solutions that lead to placements. Responsibilities include driving outreach through meetings, calls, presentations, and events; expanding existing partnerships and developing new ones; collaborating internally to convert leads into placements and long-term client relationships; travel approximately 20% to meet clients and stay visible within the territory.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in sales, account management, or client success with a track record of meeting goals
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at multiple levels
- Comfortable working in a performance-driven environment
- Ability to manage a territory independently
- Experience in K-12 education, particularly individuals who have transitioned from teaching into a client-facing or sales role, is highly preferred
