Job Summary
Lead strategic client engagement for lenders, servicers, investors, and industry partners by developing and executing engagement strategies that strengthen relationships. Establish structured feedback mechanisms to capture customer insights, pain points, and market opportunities, then synthesize findings into actionable recommendations for business, product, and technology priorities. Partner with internal stakeholders to incorporate client perspectives into strategic planning, roadmap development, and operational improvements while driving transparency into product strategy and upcoming capabilities. Own the strategy and facilitation of lender councils, advisory forums, and user groups to ensure continuous improvement. Monitor customer trends and competitive developments to inform product investment decisions and drive adoption of new products and services. Define and manage engagement metrics to evaluate program effectiveness and business impact.
Required Qualifications
- 8–10 years of progressive experience in client engagement, relationship management, customer success, product management, business strategy, or a related discipline
- Demonstrated success building trusted relationships with executive-level external stakeholders
- Experience facilitating customer advisory boards, governance forums, executive briefings, workshops, or industry events
- Exceptional written, verbal, presentation, and facilitation skills
- Strong ability to synthesize customer feedback and market insights into strategic recommendations
- Experience collaborating with Product, Technology, Operations, and Business teams in a matrixed environment
- Proven ability to influence without direct authority and drive alignment across diverse stakeholder groups
- Bachelor's degree required
Desired Qualifications
- Experience within financial services, mortgage lending, servicing, investments, or digital product organizations preferred
- Advanced degree preferred
