Job Summary
Client Engagement & Adoption Lead for School ERP Pro in Texas. Focused on education and enablement, this role designs and delivers training (virtual and in-person) across payroll, HR, finance, and IT for school districts, develops self-service resources, and partners with Product/Support/Sales to communicate client needs. Responsibilities include assessing education needs, hosting regional user groups, monitoring adoption trends, and driving product feedback to inform the roadmap. The ideal candidate blends School ERP Pro knowledge with strong instructional design, excels at simplifying complex regulatory and state reporting requirements, and can travel up to 20% for in-person engagements. Proficiency with LMS, webinar tools, PowerPoint, Excel/Sheets, and familiarity with MS Dynamics/Jira is a plus. Must be able to work collaboratively across teams and maintain up-to-date knowledge of K-12 compliance timelines.
Required Qualifications
- BS/BA in Education, Business, Information Systems, or related field; or equivalent experience
- 3–5+ years of experience in client-facing roles such as training, implementation, product support, or product management within ERP, HRIS, or SaaS (K-12 or public sector preferred)
- Direct experience with K-12 state reporting, compliance workflows, or regulatory change cycles is highly valued
- Experience facilitating training (live and recorded) and presenting at user groups or conferences
