Job Summary
Manage client account configurations and pricing across US and global markets by partnering with commercial, solution engineering, and product teams to enable capabilities and optimize onboarding workflows. Serve as the key source of knowledge on Airwallex configuration topics, validating requests to ensure client accounts are ready for production transactions. Develop on-shore functional programs and projects while maintaining customer account settings and pricing throughout the relationship lifecycle. Collaborate with account executives to amend pricing per commercial requests and gather improvement opportunities within platform processes. Requires 5+ years in payments or tech operations; full-time role with global collaboration.
Required Qualifications
- A minimum of 5 years of professional experience in the payment industry or operations at a technology company
- Ability to rapidly understand new products and demonstrate adaptive problem-solving skills
- Strong communication skills and customer service consciousness
- Attention to detail with strong follow-up and good judgment
- A strong team player who thrives working in close collaboration with other teams across time zones
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or above in Business Administration, Information Sciences, or equivalent
- Familiarity with reading and parsing JSON formatting, or comfort working with API documentation and sandbox environments
- Experience with analytical tools such as Excel, Looker, BigQuery, SQL, or similar data and visualisation platforms
- Ability to move fast and grow in dynamic, collaborative, and ambiguous startup-like environments, with a willingness to take ownership and champion craftsmanship in your work
