Job Summary
Manage client account pricing and configuration settings throughout the relationship lifecycle to ensure transaction readiness in production environments. Partner with commercial, solution engineering, and product teams to validate configuration requests, gather improvement opportunities for onboarding processes, and develop functional programs supporting US operational goals. Serve as the primary knowledge source for pricing and capability configuration details while collaborating globally to enable capabilities suited to client business needs.
Required Qualifications
- A minimum of 5 years of professional experience in the payment industry or operations at a technology company
- Ability to rapidly understand new products and demonstrate adaptive problem-solving skills
- Strong communication skills and customer service consciousness
- Attention to detail with strong follow-up and good judgment
- A strong team player who thrives working in close collaboration with other teams across time zones
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or above in Business Administration, Information Sciences, or equivalent
- Familiarity with reading and parsing JSON formatting, or comfort working with API documentation and sandbox environments
- Experience with analytical tools such as Excel, Looker, BigQuery, SQL, or similar data and visualisation platforms
- Ability to move fast and grow in dynamic, collaborative, and ambiguous startup-like environments, with a willingness to take ownership and champion craftsmanship in your work
