Job Summary
Client Education & Communications Specialist (Bilingual Spanish/English) at BSI. Lead and deliver English and Spanish open enrollment presentations for clients, travel to client locations for education sessions, serve as the primary contact for Spanish-speaking clients, translate and adapt benefits presentations and communications, manage English/Spanish materials in Big Tin Can, coordinate with Account Teams to align communication strategies, conduct Salesforce audits, and support enrollment preparation, carrier audits, and compliance. Requires fluency in Spanish and English, ability to obtain relevant licenses within six months, strong presentation and written communication skills, and ability to manage multiple projects in a hybrid work environment based in Bethlehem, PA.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or a related field preferred, or equivalent industry experience
- Fluency in Spanish and English (written and verbal) required
- Ability to obtain Life, Accident & Health insurance licenses within six months of employment and maintain licensure
- Experience presenting information clearly and confidently to large groups and diverse audiences
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including translating complex benefits information into clear messaging
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with clients, employees, and internal teams
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
- High energy level and ability to perform under pressure during peak open enrollment periods
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for benefits questions
- Ability to work independently and within a team
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, PowerPoint
- Ability to learn Salesforce and Big Tin Can
- Knowledge of health insurance benefits (Medical, Rx, Dental, HSAs, FSAs)
- Understanding of fully insured, experience-rated, and self-funded plans (preferred but not required)
