Job Summary
Lead the full enterprise SaaS sales lifecycle for mid-market to enterprise pharma accounts, challenging client objectives with consultative discovery, developing executive-level relationships (Director, VP, C-suite), and translating analytics and Next Best Action capabilities into measurable business outcomes. Partner with Product, Solutions Architecture, and Marketing to co-create value-driven proposals, manage complex buying groups, and drive revenue growth across assigned brands and therapeutic areas. Travel within the US and Canada for strategic meetings and events; remote-first culture with intentional in-person collaboration.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of SaaS or technology sales experience with a track record of exceeding quota and driving revenue growth within the commercial pharma landscape
- Proven ability to engage with senior executives and influence buying decisions across complex, multi-stakeholder organizations
- Strong consultative selling skills with experience in value-based discussions and long sales cycles
- Excellent communication (written and verbal), negotiation, and presentation skills
- Experience using CRM and sales engagement tools to manage pipeline and reporting
- Self-starter mentality with strong organizational skills and a passion for building client relationships
