Client Director Germany

Act as the main point of contact for clients across all business areas, focusing on building and maintaining strong relationships. Drive client retention and ensure ongoing satisfaction through collaboration with the Distribution team. Monitor and enhance client satisfaction using VOC surveys to measure service quality. Identify and pursue opportunities for cross-selling and upselling, maximizing value for both clients and the organization. Manage and prioritize top clients and large accounts, ensuring tailored solutions and dedicated support. Guide pipeline management and program design for clients, and engage with Distribution and Client Engagement teams for client acquisition. Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory frameworks and corporate policies. Drive the design and maintenance of marketing and communication frameworks. Develop a strong client engagement focus for existing and new clients. Provide specialist advice on underwriting programmes and legislation. Establish clear accountabilities and authority levels for direct reports to ensure goal delivery.
