Build and manage a robust pipeline of prospective brand partners, consistently exceeding sponsorship revenue targets. Prospect, pitch, and close new sponsorship opportunities by selling Fever's portfolio of live experiences, including Fever Originals, touring exhibitions, concerts, and official partnerships. Develop bespoke sponsorship proposals by collaborating with internal stakeholders across Marketing, Content, Media, and Operations to create compelling commercial solutions for clients. Lead the full sales cycle—from outreach and discovery through proposal development, negotiation, contracting, and deal closure. Build and maintain senior relationships with brand marketers, media agencies, sponsorship agencies, and procurement teams to drive long-term partnership opportunities. Negotiate commercial terms and sponsorship agreements while ensuring alignment with internal business objectives. Maintain an accurate sales pipeline, forecasting, and activity tracking within Salesforce and provide regular updates on business performance. Partner with Account Management and Delivery teams to ensure a seamless transition following deal execution.
