Job Summary
Handle auto loan requests via telephone while delivering exceptional client service; oversee the loan process from origination to closing, ensuring CIP/KYC compliance and adherence to regulations; guide clients through each step, leverage internal systems for information gathering and tracking, and identify advanced problem resolutions. Provide technical and sales training to associates and collaborate with internal bank partners on solutions. Requires solid call-center experience, strong communication skills, detail orientation, adaptability, and experience with or willingness to learn automotive financing processes.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years of call center experience or equivalent
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- General computer skills
- Strong typing skills
- Ability to review CIP/KYC regulations
- Loan origination and closing workflow familiarity or willingness to learn
- High School Diploma or GED
