Job Summary
Consult with existing accounts via phone and email to activate jobs on the website, define client needs, and present opportunities for Indeed's product suite. Educate clients on features to ensure optimized usage and high adoption, while promoting services to demonstrate exceptional ROI for SMBs. Assist with re-engagement efforts and deliver experiences that drive retention. Achieve quarterly goals including revenue targets, client conversions, and productivity metrics. Requires a minimum of 2 years of related experience in online advertising, SEM, or job advertising. On-Target Earnings range from $69k to $115k USD/year.
Required Qualifications
- Requires a minimum of 2 years of related experience
- Experience in areas such as online advertising, search engine marketing (SEM), pay-per-click (PPC) advertising, job advertising, or staffing agencies
- Proven influencing and sales skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Proven ability to work well under pressure, adapt to changing environments, and prioritize tasks effectively
- Self-motivated to make high volumes of outbound calls daily
