Job Summary

Drive sales and client development for Experian Employer Services in Government and Insurance markets; maintain client satisfaction, expand employer services within the assigned account territory, preserve and grow relationships with executives and product users, initiate client-facing sales efforts for current clients and new logos prospects, understand client needs to construct solutions, close renewals and RFPs, pursue and contract new logos, cross-sell/upsell products, and build trusted advisor relationships with client executives while partnering with internal departments; travel as needed to engage clients and prospects and demonstrate the value of Verifications, Unemployment Cost Management, Tax Credits and HR Compliance services to mitigate risk and ensure client success; required experience in strategic-level sales, consultative selling, negotiation, and project management.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
  • 3 or more years of proven Strategic-level sales
  • Experience in consultative sales and negotiation skills
  • Demonstrated experience managing senior level client relationships
  • Critical thinking skills with the ability to navigate complex situations, work strategically, and effectively solve problems
  • Project management experience
  • Ability to travel
