Client Development Attendant

Contact clients based on established work plans to schedule telephone appointments with damage insurance agents. Record appointments and forward them to Center Call agents. Track certain advertising or mail campaign efforts to obtain automobile and personal property insurance contract due dates. Perform administrative tasks within client files. Requires secondary school diploma, spoken and written French mastery, and strong customer service, autonomy, and communication skills. Full-time student position with a defined duration.
