Job Summary
Client Delivery Specialist (Transactional Legal Assistant) supports assigned attorneys by owning full lifecycle workflow, coordinating intake and engagement processes, and providing cross-functional administrative support. Responsibilities include managing project milestones and status updates; handling conflict checks and new matter forms; assisting with billing, time entry, and matter budgets; coordinating client communications; proactively managing attorneys’ inboxes and calendar, travel arrangements, and document management; leveraging workflow software and automation to improve efficiency; maintaining confidentiality and professional communications across internal departments. Requires a Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of relevant experience in professional services or legal-support roles; strong Microsoft Office skills; excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational abilities; ability to handle confidential information and work in a high-demand environment."
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree; 5+ years relevant experience providing comprehensive support to organizational leadership, preferably in a professional services environment; 3+ years relevant legal assistance experience; Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; Strong communication skills; Ability to handle confidential information; Minimum typing speed of 60 wpm; Experience with coordination of calendars, travel, and document management; Familiarity with workflow management and AI/automation tools
