Client Delivery Specialist (Project Based)

Job Summary
Own end-to-end delivery of assigned client projects from kickoff through final handover while acting as the on-site Lucidya representative at the client office. Build, track, and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and milestones; lead implementation activities for Lucidya's SaaS solutions; and coordinate across internal teams to ensure timely delivery. Monitor project progress, manage risks, and proactively address challenges while maintaining strong client communication and expectations. Ensure quality, compliance, and timely completion of all project outcomes and deliverables. Maintain project documentation, status reporting, and handover materials. Contribute to improving project delivery processes and best practices. This one-year project-based role requires proficiency in Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and Google Analytics, with the ability to speak Arabic and English.
Required Qualifications
- You've worked directly with customers in project-based or operational roles
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)
- 1-3 years of experience managing organic and/or paid digital campaigns
- Communication is one of your strong suits, you're also able to effectively manage stakeholders of different cultures and seniorities
- You pride yourself on your time-management skills and can juggle multiple priorities effectively
- You thrive in fast paced environments and are highly adaptable to changing priorities
- You're an excellent communicator, and are comfortable speaking in both Arabic & English
- Proficient in Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and major social media platforms
- Experience with Google Analytics to monitor and analyze campaign performance
- Basic understanding of SEO principles
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and optimize campaign performance
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
