Job Summary
Client Delivery Specialist at International SOS focused on delivering day-to-day client support, training and implementation of new solutions for existing accounts. Responsibilities include managing client requests, maintaining procedures and stakeholder information, conducting client training for solution adoption, managing end-to-end project plans, negotiating implementation timelines, coordinating cross-functional teams (including data/reporting and product management), ensuring client satisfaction, and providing education on solutions virtually. Required skills include proficiency with Microsoft products and Salesforce, strong numeric, written and verbal communication, project management, ability to work in a multilingual, multicultural environment, and autonomous as well as collaborative work style. Education requested is an Associate or Bachelor degree or commensurate experience; English fluency is mandatory with additional language ability advantageous.
Required Qualifications
- Associates (2 year) or Bachelor (4 year) degree or commensurate experience
- Experience with Microsoft Products (Word, Excel, PPT)
- Salesforce experience
- Project management experience
- Excellent written and oral communication
- Ability to work in a multilingual/multicultural organization
- English fluency
- Additional language ability beneficial
- Experience in travel industry desirable
- Experience in operationally/commercially focused analytical or Customer Services role
