Job Summary
Early-career Client Delivery Operations role focused on moving client work forward across onboarding, configuration, feature rollouts, issue resolution, product adoption, and ongoing delivery. You will own day-to-day client workstreams, translate unclear needs into concrete actions, coordinate with account, product, engineering, support, and operations teams, investigate issues, leverage AI and internal tools to accelerate delivery, maintain visibility on status and risks, and provide clear client and internal updates. The role emphasizes ownership, judgment, and the ability to turn messy context into structured next steps, with an emphasis on improving delivery playbooks and repeatable workflows.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in client operations, product operations, or delivery (preferred)
- Strong written communication
- Technical-mindedness
- Ability to manage multiple workstreams
- Experience with SaaS platforms/tools (preferred)
