Job Summary
Client Delivery Manager responsible for end-to-end delivery of SAP Private Cloud services for APAC customers, driving the service delivery lifecycle from contract execution through renewal, onboarding, and ongoing support. Leads client relationships at executive levels, coaches governance, ensures high customer satisfaction, and collaborates with sales to drive revenue through cross-/up-selling. Requires a bachelor’s degree (engineering, IT or MBA preferred), 10+ years of customer-facing SAP delivery experience, strong SAP cloud/IT operations knowledge, governance and risk-management capabilities, and exceptional communication and leadership skills. Role is hybrid and based from SAP Thailand with on-site work or customer/partner visits as needed; travel 0-10% expected.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (engineering, information technologies or MBA preferred)
- 10+ years of experience managing and delivering SAP consulting projects in customer-facing roles
- 5+ years project management experience overseeing service delivery for large-scale, high-risk SAP Enterprise Cloud/On-Premises
- Excellent presentation and communication skills, ability to engage with senior executives
- Fluency in English and Thai (Business Level)
