Job Summary
Serve as the primary liaison between ShellKode and client stakeholders, managing relationships, overseeing project execution, and ensuring delivery meets contractual obligations. Lead delivery teams to plan, execute, track, and monitor projects while allocating resources effectively and ensuring compliance with internal processes. Proactively identify, assess, and communicate risks throughout the project lifecycle, developing mitigation plans and providing consistent updates on progress and performance. Drive strategies to enhance client engagement, identify upsell opportunities, and ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and under budget. Full-time role out of ShellKode Bangalore office for the first three months.
Required Qualifications
- Software Services Industry Experience: Minimum of 10 years
- Minimum 2 years' Project/Program/Delivery Management experience of Data Engineering or AI/ML / Gen AI or Cloud Engineering projects
- Minimum 2 years' experience in managing client relationships
- Proven experience in planning, execution, tracking, monitoring, reporting and budgetary control for a portfolio of projects
- Proven experience in metrics driven delivery/project management
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
- Demonstrated problem-solving abilities
- Sound understanding of at least two of the following – Data Engineering, Gen AI, AI/ML Cloud Engineering
- Ability to lead and motivate project teams to achieve project goals
- Ability to lead in a fast-paced environment under pressure
- Ability to negotiate effectively with clients and internal teams to find acceptable solutions
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to facilitate clear communication with diverse stakeholders
- Proven experience in driving internal, client and executive governance reviews
- Must be willing to work full time out of Shellkode Bangalore office for the first 3 months
