Job Summary
Lead client retention and success by executing recruitment plans that attract talent, refine processes, and drive organizational goals. Manage and document process changes requested by clients, update system maps, and communicate updates to the team. Facilitate regular status meetings, prepare for project reviews with senior management, and deliver client and management reporting. Lead all recruiting operations including sourcing, screening, and coordination; coach, manage, and develop employees while defining individual and team metrics. Serve as the front-line escalation for client and recruiter issues, resolve problems timely, and communicate project information to leadership. Anticipate partnership risks and inspire the team to pursue excellence through innovative programs and campaigns.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Human Resources, Business Administration, or another complementary field
- Minimum of five years' results-oriented leadership experience in recruiting
- Strong understanding of overall recruitment process
- Sound judgement, data management and reporting experience and ability to handle complex information and client requests
- Previous supervisory experience
- Experience leading both virtual and on-site teams in a corporate talent acquisition function either in-house or in an RPO environment
- Experience using recruitment technologies such as Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and social media tools
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint)
