Job Summary
Lead client consultations on business and technical requirements for complex debit/credit project implementations; manage and coordinate highly visible client projects from planning through execution, including gap analysis, data mapping, and testing; provide technical leadership across client, vendor, and internal teams; ensure project deliverables meet client needs, maintain implementation quality, and provide post-implementation support including after-hours/on-call as needed; mentor less-tenured analysts and contribute to process improvements and templates for new product/service requirements; remote-first environment with strong emphasis on client relationships, cross-functional collaboration, and adherence to change-control processes.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in related field (or equivalent combination of education and experience)
- Seven (7) years of related experience in the payment processing industry
- Five (5) years of related experience in business or system analysis
- Three (3) years of client facing project support experience
- Experience completing card processing conversions that migrate data between processing platforms
