Job Summary
Conduct deep-dive client data analysis and reporting to uncover trends, behaviors, and lifecycle patterns in the Korea market. Transform raw client data into structured intelligence to guide business decisions and foster continuous data hygiene. Design and maintain dashboards, KPIs, and executive summaries while translating complex analytics into actionable insights for campaign planning. Build targeting lists for CRM activities and perform pre- and post-campaign analysis to measure activation efficiency and ROI. Requires a Bachelor's degree, 3–5 years of experience in client data analytics or CRM management, and fluency in Korean and English. Proficiency in Salesforce, Power BI, Tableau, SQL, and SAP is essential.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or above in Data Analytics, Statistics, Business, Marketing, or related quantitative fields
- Minimum 3–5 years of professional experience in client data analytics, CRM database management, business intelligence, or data-driven retail operations
- Fluent in both Korean and English (Mandatory for technical documentation, HQ alignment, and daily business reporting)
- High proficiency in CRM platforms and analytics/visualization tools (e.g. Salesforce, Power BI, Tableau, Looker, SQL, SAP)
- Proven capability in database cleansing, audience segmentation, and conducting pre/post-campaign ROI & efficiency analyses
- High proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- High numerical acumen, rigorous attention to detail, and proactive ownership focused on data hygiene and process improvements
- Fast, results-driven operational execution with a strong sense of reliability and task ownership
- Strong interpersonal skills to translate complex analytical findings into clear business insights for cross-functional teams, HQ data functions, and boutique teams
