Job Summary
Client Data Coordinator in the Finance Department responsible for collecting and reviewing client and matter information during intake, maintaining data integrity and security of client, matter, and PTA group financial data in the Firm ERP system, and collaborating with the billing, data governance, and firm-wide finance teams to ensure accurate client/matter data and timely reporting. Responsibilities include maintaining matter records, supporting onboarding of new clients/matters, generating standard and ad-hoc reports (including client volume rebates), managing client grouping in 3E and PTA groups, monitoring credit worthiness with Dun & Bradstreet metrics, and contributing to system enhancements. Requires experience in client onboarding and financial data analysis, familiarity with ERP systems, strong communication skills, and the ability to work in a hybrid Canadian location with offices in multiple cities; offered compensation range of $55,000–$68,000 annually with comprehensive benefits and hybrid work flexibility.
Required Qualifications
- Two years of experience in client onboarding and financial data analysis in a legal firm
- Experience in large ERP systems
- Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to maintain data integrity and confidentiality in handling sensitive client financial data
