Job Summary
Initiate and lead client data contribution, quality, and remediation projects for Early Warning's core payment products. Manage end-to-end project lifecycles, defining scope, coordinating technical requirements, and overseeing code development and production implementation. Collaborate with customers, vendors, and internal teams to troubleshoot data feeds, perform acceptance testing, and ensure adherence to data quality standards. Resolve production issues promptly, conduct root cause analysis, and facilitate remediation efforts while maintaining project schedules and milestones. Provide status updates to stakeholders and transition clients to business-as-usual operations.
Required Qualifications

- Education or experience equivalent to a Bachelor's Degree in Business, Information Technology, Project Management or Data Analytics related field.
- A minimum of 2 years' experience in a data analytics, data quality or data management role or related experience is required.
- Experience in a client-facing or project management role with excellent written, oral and presentation skills to effectively conduct client meetings.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and concurrent deliverables while keeping client and internal partners on task for timely and successful execution and implementation.
- Strong analytic and problem-solving skills; motivated self-learner.
- Adaptable: able to prioritize and work with sense of urgency.
- Ability to translate complex technical jargon into business language that can be easily consumed by all key stakeholders.
- Strong PC skills: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.
- Successful completion of background and drug screen is required.
Desired Qualifications
- 2+ years experience with Early Warning products and services or equivalent financial services industry products, services and regulatory requirements
- Prior project management experience
- Experience with data analysis and visualization tools such at Tableau Prep, SAS, R or Python and/or other programming language(s)
- Experience or certification in data management platforms such as Talend or Informatica (Enterprise Data Catalog (EDC), Axon, and Data quality (IDQ))
- Strong knowledge of the multiple dimensions associated with data quality (timeliness, accuracy, completeness, etc).
