Job Summary
As Client CTO, you will be a trusted technical advisor to C-suite stakeholders, leading solution strategy, innovation roadmaps, and technical excellence for strategic client accounts. You will work closely with sales, delivery, product, and portfolio teams to shape and present compelling solutions aligned to client goals and Unisys capabilities. This senior, high-visibility leadership role requires anticipating technology trends, driving multi-year transformation programs, and delivering technology strategy that connects innovation to measurable business outcomes. You will lead executive strategy discussions, foster long-term client relationships, and drive governance across strategy and innovation programs while representing a holistic view of Unisys across business units. Lead the development of complex, tailored solutions, engage in executive briefings and technology workshops, and collaborate across internal and external stakeholders to maximize value realization for clients.
Required Qualifications
- Extensive experience in technology leadership roles
- Proven track record of driving digital transformation and innovation
- Strong commercial acumen with experience influencing large-scale deals
- Ability to engage and influence C-level stakeholders
- Broad understanding of enterprise technology landscapes
- Experience working across global, matrixed organizations
- 15+ years in IT Architecture, CTO roles, or innovation leadership
- Strong expertise in Digital Workplace technologies or cloud platforms/infrastructure (Azure, AWS, GCP)
- Experience in pre-sales solutioning, consultative selling, and engaging senior stakeholders
- Experience acting as the technical lead for major technology implementations or programs
- Exceptional communication skills translating complex technical solutions into business value
