Job Summary
Client-facing, sales-oriented front desk role at OHMI Anti-Aging Center in Irvine, CA. Lead conversion is the primary focus: answer inquiries via Weave, guide clients toward booking consultations, and explain the paid consultation model. Maintain strong booking conversion and response times; manage follow-ups and structured SMS outreach. Coordinate with providers for smooth daily flow, schedule optimization to reduce no-shows, and maintain accurate client records. Provide front desk support, payment processing, and help with daily operations, while demonstrating a professional, polished demeanor. Preferred experience includes aesthetics, medical spa, luxury retail, or hospitality, plus experience with CRM or scheduling tools; Mandarin Chinese is a bonus. Compensation is hourly base with performance bonuses, and growth opportunities toward an aesthetic consultant role.
