Job Summary
Client Coordinator responsible for end-to-end client experience at Elase Med Spas, managing all point-of-sale functions, answering phones, scheduling clients, overseeing membership sales, and the appointment lifecycle. Requires handling nightly reporting and cash/transaction management, maintaining a highly professional environment, supporting administrative tasks, and ensuring sales goals/KPIs are met in collaboration with the General Manager. Key skills include excellent verbal/written communication, multi-tasking, accuracy, computer proficiency (MS Office, HubSpot, with Zenoti and medical office experience preferred), and a genuine interest in the aesthetics industry. This on-site, part-time role includes 20-29 hours per week, with possible move to permanent, and occasional events/training." ,
