Client Coordinator

Job Summary
Provide best-in-class client service and oversee all point-of-sale functions in the spa. Manage scheduling, appointment lifecycle including reminders and rebooking, and oversee client membership maintenance. Drive end-to-end client care, handle inbound communications, and support sales goals with the General Manager. Maintain professional environment and ensure medical privacy/compliance, while performing opening/closing procedures and administrative tasks. Requires a high school diploma and 2+ years of customer service; experience in aesthetics/medical offices and proficiency with MS Office and HubSpot (Zenoti preferred). In-person, full-time role in Saint Petersburg, FL.

- Experience in point-of-sale processes
- Experience in aesthetics or beauty industry preferred
- MS Office Suite and HubSpot experience
- Zenoti experience preferred
- Experience in a medical office preferred
