Job Summary
Oversee point-of-sale functions, answer inbound communications, and convert inquiries into consultations while managing the full appointment lifecycle from reminders to rebooking. Handle nightly reporting, cash and transaction management, and client membership sales, ensuring all internal policies regarding medical privacy and compliance are met. Create a welcoming environment by addressing client concerns and escalations professionally, while performing opening and closing procedures and supporting administrative tasks. Work full-time, 30-40 hours weekly with on-call availability for nights, weekends, and holidays. Starting rate is $20-$25 per hour.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma
- Associate degree or above
- 2+ years of customer service experience
- Must be available to work Saturdays
- Must be available to work when our locations are open (including nights, weekends, and federal holidays)
- Must be able to remain in a stationary position for extended periods of time
- Must be able to constantly move around the spa and occasionally lift and move objects
Desired Qualifications
- Associate degree or above preferred
- Experience in the aesthetics or beauty industry preferred
- Experience with Zenoti preferred
- Experience in a medical office preferred
