Job Summary
Support client project proposals by defining objectives, scope, and deliverables. Gather project inputs through client interviews and analyze documentation to benchmark performance against industry averages. Collaborate with data science and global teams to leverage advanced analytics, identifying solutions that address client objectives and improve profitability. Design compelling presentations to illustrate findings and recommendations, then support the implementation of initiatives using project management frameworks. This role requires at least three days in the office and involves end-to-end delivery of managed services for a major Japanese issuing client.
Required Qualifications
- Fluent Japanese
- at least business level English proficiency
- +8 years experience
- a track record of high performance in payment related industry, IT or consulting company
