Job Summary
Lead project delivery for 1–3 month engagements in corporate strategy, new business development, and digital transformation by developing proposals, managing stakeholder engagement, and building robust fact bases through client interviews and data analysis. Formulate insight-driven recommendations using VCA methodologies, partner with data science teams to leverage advanced analytics, and deliver compelling client presentations. Contribute to account planning, develop standardized offerings, and generate thought leadership while acting as a Module Lead or Acting Project Manager. Requires 3 days in office. Visa Consulting & Analytics delivers tangible financial results for card issuers, acquirers, and merchants across global markets.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from a top tier institution
- 4+ years of work experience after completing your degree
- at least 2 years in consulting
- Strong experience in payments, digital innovation, corporate strategy, or business management
- Outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proven ability to leverage analytics to inform strategy and drive actionable insights
- High attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Business-level English proficiency
- Visa requires at least 3 days in office
