Job Summary
Deliver an outstanding customer experience across the client journey from pre-sales to after-sales, contribute to boutique performance and brand representation, and support product and brand promotion. Apply best practices on the shop floor to achieve service excellence, take initiative to enhance boutique performance and client engagement, share knowledge, and support team collaboration. Maintain high standards of presentation, service and operational excellence within the boutique; requires 5+ years of luxury retail/hospitality experience, strong interpersonal skills, a detail-oriented customer-service mindset, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in luxury retail or hospitality
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong customer service orientation with a high level of attention to detail
- Positive, proactive and solution-oriented mindset
- Ability to take ownership and actively contribute to a collaborative team environment
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced and demanding environment
