Job Summary
As a Client Connectivity Services Team Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of the Client Connectivity Services Team, ensuring client objectives across all product lines are met. This role requires a solid understanding of connectivity lifecycles and performance metrics. Responsibilities include managing team performance, handling escalations for outages, and driving improvements in processes and client experience. You will also develop talent within your team and contribute to departmental objectives while ensuring adherence to risk policies.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 to 8 years of related experience
- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience

- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Ability to perform business process analysis and create efficient solutions
- Demonstrated PC literacy and ability to work with desktop software
- Ability to manage multiple priorities across varying functions and locations
