Job Summary

Provide real-time, hospitality-forward client support for Maiden Home by managing live channels (phone, chat, email), triaging inbound requests related to care, maintenance, and product specifications, and routing issues to the appropriate owner. Deliver clear, brand-appropriate guidance, identify when escalation is required, and maintain a calm, professional client experience. Develop product knowledge of Maiden Home materials and craftsmanship with a goal of transitioning into a more specialized Advisory role over time. Based in the NY Headquarters (Tribeca) and supporting live client channels between 9am–6pm.

Required Qualifications

  • 2–4 years of total professional experience in client-facing service environment
  • Strong communication skills in spoken and written form
  • Ability to triage and triage inbound requests and escalate when needed
  • High attention to detail and ability to maintain calm in high-volume setting
