Job Summary
Client Concierge at Chewy Vet Care is a full-time customer-focused role focused on delivering a pet-parent WOW experience within a veterinary practice. Responsibilities include handling patient intakes and all front-end client-facing interactions, providing excellent customer service to pet parents, supporting veterinarians and clinic staff, using the Practice Information Management System (PIMS) per SOP/SOC, communicating inventory needs to the Practice Manager, and maintaining clean, compliant workspaces. The role requires empathy, strong communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment; weekend work and occasional travel may be required. This position emphasizes a culture-driven, team-oriented environment with opportunities for growth and professional development.
Required Qualifications
- 1-2 years in a customer-focused environment
- veterinary experience preferred
- strong communication skills (verbal/written)
- empathy and compassion for clients and pets
- ability to use a Practice Information Management System (PIMS)
