Job Summary

Lead the Demand Planning function within Intel's Supply Chain Planning Operations, driving weekly and long-term demand plans, ensuring data integrity, and coordinating cross-functional inputs to maximize margin and inventory utilization. Key duties include data governance of demand hierarchies, managing return-to-forecast processes, collaborating with BU forecasters and regional leads to optimize the Demand Plan, aligning supply and demand, monitoring backlog and sales forecasts, and guiding S&OP and S&OE harmonization. Requires strong analytical skills, data governance mindset, and ability to translate market signals into actionable demand plans. Hybrid work model with multiple US locations (Folsom, Hillsboro, Santa Clara, Phoenix, San Jose). Preferred qualifications include MBA or related master's, APICS/S&D certifications, and experience presenting to executives. Required Qualifications

  • 4+ years of experience in demand planning, forecasting, or supply chain analytics
  • Proficiency with demand planning software and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle)

  • Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration abilities

Desired Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Operations, Business Administration, Data Analytics, or a related field
  • 4+ years of experience in demand planning, forecasting, or supply chain analytics
  • Proficiency with demand planning software, ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle), and advanced Excel/data tools
  • APICS Certification or Supply and Demand Certifications (preferred)
  • MBA or Masters degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Operations, System Engineering (preferred)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail
  • Experience presenting strategies to decision-makers and executives
  • Experience driving continuous process improvement and people skills development
