Job Summary
Client Compliance Analyst (Second Line of Defense) provides independent oversight, review, and challenge of first-line activities related to client contracts, billing, and performance obligations to ensure alignment with contractual requirements, regulatory expectations, and internal standards. Responsibilities include reviewing client contracts/SOWs/servicing agreements to identify compliance risks and fees, validating invoices and expenses against contractual terms, testing billing controls, escalating risks, developing monitoring routines, and preparing senior-management reporting on compliance risks and issue trends. The role emphasizes assessing the accuracy of fees, reimbursements, and service-level commitments, ensuring timely delivery of client/investor reports, and maintaining control effectiveness in mortgage servicing and related contractual obligations.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field preferred
