Client Community Manager - remote, part time.
Remote
Job Summary
Run the client Slack community day to day, welcoming new members, moderating conversations, and connecting users with similar challenges. Plan and execute a regular webinar programme, managing speaker logistics, live sessions, and post-event follow-ups. Organise user meetups and the annual user conference from start to finish, handling venue booking, agenda creation, and on-site coordination. Listen to client feedback and route it internally while collaborating with product, support, and sales to align the engagement programme with actual needs. This hands-on role involves building the first dedicated customer engagement team for Terminalfour, a digital platform serving over 32,000 higher education websites. The position is part-time (22.5 hours weekly) and fully remote for EU-based candidates, with flexibility to grow into full-time as the team expands.
