Job Summary
Client Communications & Account Strategy Manager responsible for serving as the primary bridge between clients and internal PPC teams, translating client requests, product launches, and business goals into actionable internal tasks; collaborating with PPC managers to understand campaign performance and provide clear explanations and recommendations to clients; managing client communications across calls, email, and messaging; leading regular client calls and coordinating with multiple departments to keep projects on track; maintaining documentation and account information while driving proactive follow-ups to resolve delays. Requires strong marketing/advertising background, data-driven mindset, cross-team collaboration, and clear English communication. Fully remote role in Eastern Europe/Europe with preference for candidates in Eastern Europe; remote-first culture and opportunities to deepen expertise in Amazon advertising and SaaS products.
Required Qualifications
- Strong client communication skills
- Analytical mindset with data and performance reports
- Marketing/advertising background (Amazon Ads, Meta, Google, TikTok, etc.)
- Cross-functional collaboration across PPC, content, and management teams
- Fluent English communication (spoken and written)
- Organized and detail-oriented with strong follow-up
- Proactive and assertive ownership of problems and follow-ups
