Job Summary
As an Associate Loan Officer, you will perform a high volume of inbound and outbound phone duties, including contacting and transferring clients, cold calling, and setting appointments within a production-driven environment. You will provide exceptional support for inbound calls, filter leads, stay updated on market and product shifts, and communicate effectively to prioritize a positive client experience. The role requires efficiency in internal proprietary software and technology, along with participation in regular product training.
