Job Summary
Lead end-to-end product life cycle for the Branch Network – Client Central, shaping product strategy and backlog to deliver customer value. Own discovery, market research, and the roadmap; translate customer insights into prioritized product decisions. Partner with engineering, design, data, and go-to-market teams to drive scalable, reliable products and successful launches. Define requirements and acceptance criteria, monitor key success metrics (cost, functionality, risk posture, reliability), and guide post-launch feedback to continuously improve the client experience. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder-management skills required; experience translating customer needs into strategic product outcomes and collaborating across a highly matrixed organization.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a relevant domain area
- Advanced knowledge of the product development life cycle, design, and data analytics
- Proven ability to lead product life cycle activities including discovery, ideation, strategic development, requirements definition, and value management
- Demonstrated ability to translate customer needs and research findings into a prioritized roadmap and well-managed backlog
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to define, measure, and manage product success metrics (e.g., cost, functionality, risk posture, reliability)
- Effective communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to align cross-functional partners to deliver against product strategy and vision
- Ability to drive product decisions using data, customer feedback, and lifecycle learnings to improve outcomes and client experiences
