Job Summary
Client Care Supervisor role focusing on sales, client relationships, and care plan oversight for the Snohomish branch. Responsibilities include conducting client assessments, building trust with clients and families, presenting customized care plans to attract new clients, maintaining relationships with current clients, monitoring health conditions, delivering exceptional customer service, regularly visiting clients, updating care plans as needs change, keeping accurate documentation, giving clear directions for caregivers, collaborating with the Branch Manager and Caregiver Manager on growth strategies, identifying opportunities to increase billable hours and services, and implementing marketing initiatives to attract new clients. Requirements include 2+ years in sales/marketing/business development (healthcare or home care preferred), proven goal attainment, excellent communication, customer-focused mindset, ability to work independently and in a team, comfort with home visits, and a valid driver’s license with insurance and a clean driving record. Schedule is Monday–Friday, 8 AM–5 PM (25% office, 75% client visits); pay range $26.44-$28.85 per hour. Location: Everett, WA. Required Qualifications
- 2+ years in sales, marketing, or business development (healthcare or home care preferred)
- Proven track record of meeting goals
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Customer-focused with a passion for quality care
- Friendly and able to build lasting relationships
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Comfortable visiting clients in their homes
- Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, clean driving record, and access to a vehicle
